I want to be able to prescribe people "stop being a fuckface" pills without people getting pedantic about the definition of my job title.

Maybe that would be better, just give the role doctors access as well.

This doesnt do anything, why would you suggest this. No one goes psychologist any way.

Psychiatrist being "MD but with a few funny pills, an office, and the RP expectation of talking to people" would be - I think - an interesting way of making Psychologist/Psychiatrist a more commonly taken job, since you aren't being "the medical person who isn't actually a doctor"
