you can mute people from pray per round, or simply hide the pray messages on your client

Prayer abuse is an invitation to smite in whatever way you see fit so this is probably a problem that can solve itself

Ideally insistent prayers should be met with their prayer being ""granted"", but in some twisted way that they never intended, genie-style
