It's actually incredibly laggy visually. People only really use it for taking pictures because moving around with it is laggy as fuck.

I made a quick server just for funsies a long while back and played with it, literately the only use for the zoom I ever found was getting a better look at synchronized bombs AFTER they go off, watching at max zoom is likely to DC you.

That's about it.

So give ghosts the slightly less huge vision range. So instead of 128 or whatever, something like 64.

Admins can go up to 14 in intervals of 1, then up to like 124

Getting the players to DC themselves? Sounds like everything our hostile design philosophers ever wanted! Make 124 mandatory when alive.

Rather than the full 124, maybe the 1-14 toggle for ghosts? It's not as likely to DC the ghost in question, and it'd be harder to use for spooky metacomms.
