You can ghetto cook some few select foods with a blow torch that nets you "Burnt" food

and the only thing i could come up with is a "manly burnt steak" Salt pepper blow torch it.

Oh another idea Poor man's stew..
get a torch a mug chips jerky and water,
put chips and jerky into cup add water
use torch on cup
eat

While its great to make your own hobo meals they should not add much to the nutritional needs IE Chefs food million time better but this could be slightly better than just fisting a whole back of 4norasons and eating it..

Janitor could bbq the mice.

I just want a hobo jungle in the maintenance shafts.

Most cooking can be done with tablecrafting, which doesn't require anything at all, just ingredients.

However, if you wanna cook stuff otherwise microwaveable.....

(with a tile to place foodstuffs upon). It is nonrefillable, has a chance of burning you when using it(worse than a lighter), but otherwise functions just like a microwave, giving hobos a chance to make delicious rat steaks and the like.

That's mostly why my suggestion involves a fairly complicated crafting recipe and is nonrefillable and causes harm. It should probably also light plasma fires and be slow as balls.

Flavorful options that are a pain in the ass are good. Maybe even give it the bonus of being the only way to make roasted rats or something, and do other fun stuff like taking the chef's can of beans and making hot beans, which could have a bit of omnizine like donk pockets..
