Adds a new race to the game, Tajaran.
They cannot be authority roles.
They roll their Rs when they speak.

/vg/ has valid catbeasts. Also a virus that turns people
into catbeasts.
There was some hilarity a while ago when people showing the early signs of the virus got rounded up in the bar and quarantined but no effort whatsoever was made to cure them, security just waited for them to become valid.
