Ideas for more fullscreen overlays

We've recently refactored vision and how fullscreen overlays (red circles when you're hit, vision impairements when wearing a welding helmet, the whole darkness thing when blind). This means that adding new fullscreen overlays is now pretty easy. This is why I'm making a thread to explore new possibilities here and discuss them, any suggestion is welcome.

For example, we could add a colored slightly transparent vision overlay when wearing colored glasses (green for the engineering meson or nightvision goggles).
Being on fire could give you an overlay too.

Any new vision overlay doesn't have to be tied to a worn item.

Ideas? Suggestions?

Getting splashed with something should temporarily tint your screen a different color.

Facehuggers should have a nasty underside overlay.
Being absorbed by a slime could also make your overlay the color of the slime, but that might be a lot of work.

An overlay for clone damage might work well, covering slimes, the abductor gun, and cloning.

I would have mentioned fire, but that's already here.

Add an overlay based on the color of the disguised object when disguised as something using the chameleon projector.

since you can only be glomped by one slime at a time, each player can have 1 "slime_overlay" which starts off grey scale and is simply coloured to look like the slime using code.
this is both cheap and simple, it's no work at all really.

Also, Holy shit YES fire *NEEDS* to give you an animated burning overlay.
NEEEEEEEDS TO.
