Remove the Mining Shuttle

And instead make the Gateway take people to lavaland. Would enable the regular crew to get to lavaland much easier and also give the Gateway a point, with the mining dock being for miners to gear up.

They're not a thing anymore. They're disabled 100% of the time on-server now and I sincerely doubt anyone will reactivate them.

Mining shuttle is great for lavaland it provides shelter and a view of the storms raging outside.
