I suggest that there is additional antag toggle for the first alien larva (queen).
To my understanding, many players have alien toggled on so that when there is a full blown infestation, they can return to game as aliens. Problem arises when there is no full blown infestation, there is only one, the one that is supposed to become the queen and be good at it. Having the separate option for queen/first larva would mean that people who actually want to be the queen and play the actual role of the queen are more likely to become one.
Too often I've seen the first larva evolve into a hunter and go murderboner or space itself only to state in deathchat that the player didn't want to play a queen or didn't know how. Sure, people learn as they play and not everyone is a robust queen on their first go, but some people apparently just don't want to play queen.

You're objective as queen is to fill the shuttle with xenos and end the round on a deathgasp chorus that crashes the server.

when aliums random event spawn there is always two though, so unless one get shrekt (like say, spawning in a fucking public corridor while alt tabbed etc), you're not OBLIGED to be the queen.

There are alium spawn landmarks in the main hallways?

I've spawned in the public side of cargo office before, so yes.

That sounds like someone gotta fix them landmarks...
