Pinpointer implant

Ok instead of nuke ops having to keep a disk pinpointer in their pocket what if they could just spawn with an implant that shows the direction on their HUD?

Make a fucking nuke disk implant too in the groin so they jam their dicks into the nuke and upload their code directly.

ok nevermind apparently this was already suggested i did not mean to plagarize

but yeah nah it shouldn't be in the uplink, we're trying to make nuke op inventory less clunky not make it worse

Only downside of this is that it makes it harder for the crew to get access to a pinpointer - it's fairly common for some scrubshit op to get dunked and looted rather then suiciding.
Not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but it is worth keeping in mind.

Personally while I agree this could be an interesting idea, I agree on the point that it makes the crew have basically no chance of getting a pinpointer if the original one was lost. While function wise for the nuclear operatives this would be great, I'd personally like it to have it be purchasable for a small amount if it was implemented.

We don't need more uplink bloat.

The HoS gets a pinpointer on metastation, frankly that should be a universal change for all maps since it makes a lot of sense. Maybe add a way for traitors to disable the disk's tracking since it would make the disk steal objective way too hard for them, but nuke ops can't so the crew has a chance to recover it using the HoS' or the captain's pinpointers.

Seriously though, we shouldn't be 'considering nuke ops getting looted' as an actual reason to bloat up the fucking uplink even more.

Ok what if I made the hud element part of their syndicate mask so for whatever reason you needed to steal a pinpointer you could just put on their silly gas mask

I like the gas mask idea, but it would be odd if you randomly found one in a non-nukeops gamemode and then you got a pinpointer HUD icon, but probably wouldn't be too bad.
