Oh hey, I remember this. It was salvaged from leaked D2K5 code (thanks, Nermums)
IIRC it gets the songs from youtube videos and it can cause some serious slowdown for certain people if they have a subpar internet collection. At least, that's how it was on D2K5. No idea if /vg/ improved on its code or not.

Sounds like nice idea.
Though as a person with really shitty internet connection i must say NOPE. Trying to load youtube video and play Spacemans would make both things halt forever. It could play midis from somewhere (badmins folders) though, as those aren't as heavy and they fit Spacemans climate.

But if people will really, REALLY, REALLY need this, make an option to disable it clientside.

Make it require money. That way rich people can play shitty songs 100 times over and poor people will get shit.
