There isn't really room for events on Sibyl. Rounds are chaotic enough by themselves, and short. The only opportunity for something outside of antag hunting is particularly slow Traitor rounds or Extended.

Traitor currently is set to 13.8% of rounds, Extended set to 2.1%
So yeah. 84.1% of rounds cannot support admin events at all. Of the 15.9% that remain, a good deal are going to get fucked by bombs or singloose or something.

I'm sorry if I come across as pessimistic, I'm just giving you the numbers and telling you why you're not seeing these events you want. The admins aren't going to bother throwing pizza parties for the crew if they're all getting eaten by blobs or fighting waves of cultists.

In traitor there's always that guy bombing/releasing engines/both. It's one thing i like of team antag modes, you can't just destroy the station.

There's no reason you can't/not to force secret to be extended if you want to run an event.

Exactly this. What happened to large round-dominating events, where normal play was suspended? The amount of times secret rolls traitor should have nothing to do with that.

Its not even about gamemode or extended.
Well, sort of gamemode. You're not gonna get shit done during wizard or revs.

That's the best part about events is they aren't constricted to a size. Mass assault on syndicate base? Ventcrawling flyman with a data disk in his stomach? Xeno queen shipped from centcom? Traders?

Two problems with that event:

- The "debt collector wins if _______" is, as far as I can see, impossible to do without actual coding or ridiculous amounts of paying attention to what they do.
- I've run an event similar to it anyway, and the inevitable happens, i.e. the debt collector gets valided within minutes. A death squad would only increase the urge to valid.

You also forgot Double agents and traitorchan which is 10.6% and 18.1% respectively.

Even if you take out traitorchan, it's a 26.5%. Add in traitorchan for a whopping 44.6% of rounds being reasonable.

Also throw in mulligans or when a round fails to end after a wizard or blob is murdered.

I did a questline for the chef. Wish more people prayed to do something instead of 'lel gib loot'. I'm a !!FUN!!min.

Anyways here was the questline:

- Chef asks for rats from "Rat God" by sacrificing, so I supplied him rats. Renamed his knife to 'Ratbane' afterwards [there was a lot of rats omg].
- Chef wants a Quest! I spawn 3 sentient rats ["avatars of ratgod"], and tell him he must sacrifice them to receive a reward.
- They get valided for being sentient adminspawns, so he has to find their corpses. sacrifices cheese for location of the rats.
- Finally finds rats, to which he receives the mighty "Ratana", A low-damage Katana forged for the purpose of cutting cheese [cheesy tooting joke ((god kill me))] before getting on the shuttle.
- Used his katana to kill the captain at the end of the round.

Fun stuff like this is really enjoyable for both me and whoever's participating [plus LOOT!], so again I encourage more people to pray reasonably.
