Why did God leave me unfinished?

This would be way more fun than cloneloss or brain damage

Don't they also have a chance to give you a genetic defect? I was deaf once after being prepared cloned.

Sure if defibs and patches are buffed to like they were before, speed cloning and old defibs are the only way to deal with the aftermath of a murderbone in less than 30 minutes. Having to do surgery on every other clone baby will get old fast or it will need to be on such a low chance that it may as well not be in the game.

Why did I read this thread title as Premature ejactulation from cloning?

it's okay if you arrive a little early when you're excited, we can just wait 20 minutes and try again

Insane, in the other hand. I REALLY don't want mass murderboners to make rounds even more unplayable than they already make them.

This as well. I don't know how long owegno has been playing but as of just two years ago we didn't even have defibs and we fucking lived with it. I remember actually liking geneticist because every round there would be at least 3 corpses waiting in line for cloning at any given moment, and it was up to me to save them. Geneticists used to be so much more important to rounds, now they're just the assistants of medbay who occasionally get superpowers.

Also, bring back clonex and nerf the clone damage heal rate on cryox. Actually needing not braindead chemists to mass clone was an interesting dynamic and made medbay actually kind of feel like a joint effort. Medbay is so stupidly streamlined now with its one good cryo chem and three revival methods that any idiot can do. I'm not sure people realize how much less fun it is to play medbay today than it was just two years ago.

Additionally, with the chance of missing limbs, maybe have it so you also risk having your limb being some other race's? what's worse than coming out of the closet pod with a lizard tail or catbeast head?

Geneticists have RND [well science] access on box.

If there's a murderbone, upgrade the cloning machine!
