With limb loss it would be nice to have modes of transport to recover movement speed without the surgery.

Crutches: Reduces/removes moment penalties from leg limb loss. 1 Crutch 50% removal, 2 crutches 100% removal on missing 1 leg speed penalties.

Wheel Chair: Reduces/removes moment penalties from leg limb loss. 1 handed 50% removal, 2 handed 100% removal on missing both legs speed penalties. Has internals storage with potential mod for speed boost no handed (self propelled, requires battery and and RnD item)

Yes a ghetto wheel chair can be made with a fire Extinguisher and a roller chair buttttt hey just another idea.

Wheelchair two handed should move no faster than 60% than normal walking speed.

IRL people with wheelchairs don't move faster than a walking person unless you accidentally release your grip on a downward slope.
