A big backmounted weapon that shoots whatever is loaded in its hopper through a bluespace tunnel teleporting it into your targets body. Fill it up with monkeys so pissed off chimps burst out of syndies bodies

wasn't this an ork gun in 40k that they used to fire snotlings inside of tanks
and of course the snotlings had been sent through the warp unshielded so they were absolutely bugfuck crazy when they came out
