RTS - Style with resource gathering and spending, base building, (technology, biology, base building, and equipment)-upgrading, platoon, squad, commander/commando combat. Complete station vs station battles.
Each station will have 1 commander (who ever is at the top of the chain of command) and one antagonist who is a traitor who is a spy who sends key information to his commander who is on the station he the spy is not on. The spy's goal is to feed information, not kill unless he can get away with it. The round objective is total destruction of enemy station, though objectives can be turned based on what the population of users decides is most fun.
basically I wanna take a regular round of space station 13 and run another connected instance of the same round side by side and have both stations competing for resources and discovered or found technology and biological material
each station would have communications networks independent of each other with a pirate radio station that can hear everything from all factions in orbit of the stations
the library network should be the same for both stations however
