The desperado
It comes with a revolver that does 100 of armor peircing damage to anyone holding a gun (tazer, laser, balistic, ect) or a weapon (e sword, baton, ect) but does minimal damage to anyone unarmed or using an improvised weapon.
Also comes with clothes: boots with spurs that do double damage to anyone on the ground, a lightly armored jacket, gloves that let you actually use the revolver, and a hat that give you special moves

Anyone standing next to a window is kicked though, shatering the window and doing a stun + massive damage
Throwing chairs breaks the chair and does alot of damage
Punches in the bar do 1.5x damage
Punches next to a table instantly tables the guy
Can slide over tables
Can not use energy weapons

Make the revolver only do the bonus damage within a few seconds of drawing it and only if you're standing still
firing it gives you another few seconds to waste your second target if there's more than one, and so on
