We have a problem of certain jobs not being filled, and others being impossible to get even if you have them set to high, so what I propose is a currency system for round joins.
If you set a preference to high of a job that isn't that popular, like Head of Security, you get 100 or 200 neoshekels.
If you set a preference to high of a job that is super popular, like Roboticist, you have to pay 100 or 200 neoshekels.
With this, we can dissuade people from playing specific jobs we don't want people playing, like assistants, in exchange for jobs we do want them playing, like officers.

It's already supposed to do that. But it was never coded because, if the turbine is on then the room is already 100,000 degrees anyways. To get access to the turbine would involve flooding the incinerator controls with fire.
