Welding fuel puddles

If a welding tank is leaky (or if you just splash welder fuel on the floor) it can wet the floor and make it slippery (doesn't slip for as long as water, though). However, the puddle can also be ignited, so people that slip in it catch fire. You could make trails of welding fuel and ignite it to create a wall of fire (the duration that it would last would depend on how much fuel was the tiles, like how water will keep tiles wet for longer if you put more of it).

I'm personally annoyed that acid on floors doesn't do anything but sit there and then fuck off after a minute or so.

I've long wanted to do reagent puddles but I've never found the time.

If you need more of a reason, play IVAN and zap a wand of acid rain. Hang around in an acid puddle until your legs melt off.

Yeah, it is sad being an atmos tech when you are basically the only source of fires to fight. I usually steal the atmos firefighting equipment as an assistant just so I can hope the techs are an antag and I can have a fun fire to fight.

Would be nice to have non-plasma fires. Plus potentially use welding fluid as an improvised fuse (a la gunpowder trail)

Refactor oil puddles (currently "blood" for synths) into a flammable substance. As welding tanks take damage they leave a trail of oil behind them (small damage is some drops, medium damage is a trail like a corpse, high damage is sploches everywhere) and slowly draining reagents from the container and all being flammable. If the trail is lit on fire, depending on the size it makes a harmless little fire trail (like burning paper does) up to a raging inferno.

the spread should definitely be WAY more aggressive. have you ever seen a trail of gasoline spark? that shit crawls across the ground about as fast as you can run from it.

I feel there's more suspense with a slower trail, but it could be sped up
