Dream master antag:
Basically kind of a two person team antag although they don't have direct contact or communication with each other. Basically one player takes on the incorporeal part, an entity that haunts the station. At the start of the round it picks a spot to hide its remains (has to be somewhere on the station z-level and it can't be on a space tile). It can't attack people directly. Instead, it lulls them into a deep sleep and drags them into a dream world.

This is where the second player comes in. They appear as a husked corpse in this world wielding a bladed glove. When someone's pulled in he gets a message informing him as such and that's his cue to start hunting. You don't want to fuck with this guy if you get dragged in. His powers are kind of limited at first but he's still extremely dangerous.

First of all, he's invincible. You can knock him out for a moment but even if you keep wailing on him he'll jump up after several seconds with an ear shattering roar that stuns anyone near by. He's got aforementioned bladed glove which does a shit ton of damage and can't be disarmed. He can jump into objects to sort of jaunt around to some degree or lay in ambush for his victims. He can also send messages to the people in the dream world in different ways such as Centcomm announcement, whispers in their heads, radio or regular messages from other people, etc. (Since this is the shitty suggestion thread, maybe admin PMs (Admin PM from Jason Esword Gloves "Hi, mind explaining what went on with that assistant and why you are FUCKED NOW, BITCH")) to taunt them or mislead them. As he kills people, he steals their souls, unlocking new powers such as being able to set floor traps that slow or stick people in place, increases the damage his glove does, and a bunch of other shit.

Getting sucked into the dream world isn't an instant game over, no rez however, although you'll need some quick thinking and fancy footwork to survive. Like I said, the dream master is invincible but he still has to hunt you down so your only options are to run, hide, or find ways to sneak by him (might be even more efficient if LoS makes it in although hiding in the shadows works), or temporarily incapacitate him. Normally you'll stay asleep for 15 minutes but if someone injects you with epinephrine you'll wake up much quicker.

The only way to truly kill the dream master is to destroy its physical body via incinerator, super matter shard, etc. or alternatively have the chaplain douse them in holy water. If the dream master steals x amount of souls, they win. If the crew destroys the remains however, anyone currently trapped in the dream world will awaken and both of the dream masters will die.

I watched a marathon of Nightmare on Elm Street on IFC today.

Duct tape! It can fix nearly any object, machine, or silicon! Use it to string items like a rod and kitchen knife to form a halberd! Tape humans together! Apply directly to the mouth to mute someone, and deal a little brute damage when removed! Seal scrubbers and vents!

Readd the telesci lab, but also add machines to roundstart map that disrupt any attempts at telescience in the area they are in so long as they remain active .
Does not affect teleporting through a hub to a beacon/another hub.

Ayy teleporters are not blocked at all because your puny earthling science is no match for them

Each card would have the name of the creature it would summon on it, and could only be used once. There's also a delay between each use of a card. Every creatures summoned would be loyal to the summoner.
Also, every single deck should be randomly generated. And every time a creature is summoned, the summoner would very loudly say what they've just summoned.

Either from wood logs or nuts/fruits (coconuts for instance, or logs like towercaps give), all structure trees drop some form of hydroponics product that converts into a seed that yields a micro-tree that can be grown inside a hydroponics tray and then gives a product that can be created to create a new full tree.

For instance harvest christmas tree logs, grow a micro-christmas tree from the seed and get a acorn product, now wherever you plant that raw acorn (not the seed) on a sandstone soil plot a tree sapling will be placed, consuming the tray & growing to put down a new tree that grows into a full structural tree. This can be used for making blocking tactical trees, or just for aesthetics/production.

Macro hydroponics, grow real trees, micro-christmas trees mutate into killer christmas trees, and all fruit trees can evolve into full structure trees because they were already micro-trees. etc, towercaps can evolve into a full towercap structure tree type too. Trees don't respect hydroponics rules & will drop-preset amounts & pretty much never die unless they are burnt or chopped, making them easy maintenance.

- Beach bums start planting/eating/using coconuts outside the biodome, or people take away the pine/christmas trees from the snowbiodome, podpeople vault also get something extra to play with mutation wise.

Bloody Mess Mary - Mixed with liquid gibs, blood & vodka into a kind of grotesque drink.

However it will automatically refill your blood levels regardless of your blood type, the liquid gibs are probably the hardest thing to get hold of, alcoholic salbutomol
- Amasec buffs your blood regeneration & upper limit of how much blood you can have due to its iron content meaning you will naturally regnerate blood faster after drinking & coming away from the fight & also lose less critical blood drinking it in preparation.

Flaming balls whiskey:
Traitor specific item for the bartender
A fifth of extremely spicy whiskey. Each time the bartender takes a sip, a button prompt will apart at the top of the screen that allows him to spit fire. Taking consecutive sips charges it up, allowing him to spit longer and wider cones of fire. Drinking enough allows him to even spit a fireball. Care must be taken while drinking it though. First of all, it's highly alcoholic and easy to get drunk on if you overdo it. Second of all, if you wait too long to spit fire you'll start taking burn damage until you do. Your face will also start turning red as well.

If anyone but the bartender tries to drink it they get extremely wasted after a single sip and burst into flames.

The first time you flip an antag token in the round, if it lands on valid, should trigger a roll for a very low chance of being granted antagonist status.
The type of antagonist depends on the server's gamemode probabilities, these are rolled separately if the previous roll passes.

How about this, but literally the effect of drinking the "Toxins Special" drink as a non-antagonist or some kind of combination of a toxins fire into a secondary more advanced & fireball laden drink - (Toxins fire & Welding fuel + Raw Ethanol? It'd require plasma for the toxins fire, very alcoholic due to raw ethanol)

Toxins special should heal plasmapeople atleast.
Slime Gelatin Sundae - Relatively toxic, requires xenobiology slime from purple cores and is a easy way for pod, jelly and toxin unaffected creature to unwind & also passively heal a little bit.
