[daxyeen] Dohn Joe - incompetence

Round id: no idea, sorry, haven't seen other ss13 servers forums requesting that and have no clue where I can check that.

This is not a ban appeal, but I have to describe the ic background for the admin-related issue.

A couple of rounds before this happened, several other people and I got brainwashed by some sort of crystal a miner was showing off.
We all got a goal to kill Lenald Wabbite, HoS. I did my best in doing so along with other brainwashed characters.
I did not succeed, but apparently my couple of attacks with a stun baton were enough for Lenald's player to remember me.

And in the current round, when I saw Lenald Wabbite, now being an officer, I tried to report a crime to him, but I got harmbatoned in the head without a word.
He wasn't chasing anyone, we were not fighting, we haven't seen each other this round before that, I was in the middle of typing.
Obviously, I ahelp-reported the guy for bringing his OOC butthurt into IC.

That's where the fun part begins. Daxyeen, the admin who answered me, told me I was merely stunned and it was a fight, so the officer acted in self-defence.
And immediately closed the ticket, before I could add anything. I got quite angry, because that admin was outright being rude to me for no reason -
I was already suffering from a man breaking rules, now I also had to suffer from an admin being completely incompetent and doing his best to shake me off, like sorting out user reports isn't his job.

I answered in ahelp in a rude manner, cussing the admin for closing tickets before sorting them out, and I also pointed out his obvious mistakes in judging the reported situation.
Then I got kicked, because apparently kicking out players he got enraged with his incompetence is the duty Daxyeen truly enjoys, unlike sorting out their reports.

On most servers I've played before, an admin seeing he did done goofed would proceed with discussing the report, ignoring the deserved aggressive response,
but apparently this one is above answering players he personally put into a difficult situation with his actions.

I'm playing for the sake of playing, not for the joy of discussing rounds and admins on the forum, so I won't be back to this forum.
I created this post solely because crimes should not be left unpunished, especially those of people put in charge of others.

on a busy round we can have multiple tickets ongoing, so sometimes we don't always have time to get into a protracted explanation of the ruling.

If you'd politely asked for more information, you would have been fine, but you chose to get all snarky and got pinged for it.

That's not incompetence, it's just an admin doing their job

1. You were hit once by a security officer during a revolution round right outside the brig, which is entirely unactionable.

2. We don't give out information about who's converted or not.

3. I still had the raw attack logs open from the round before where you and lenald were present so I quickly glanced if he indeed attacks you ever round. The answer was no.

Also this happened right outside of the brig, during confirmed revs. Further logs show you have entered the brig afterwards.

I indeed don't have to sit here and get insulted by people who don't agree with my rulings.

Hey, we understand people get salty and annoyed when things don't go their way. I can get the same way when shit doesn't happen to me. Insulting admins certainly isn't the way to take it and the kick was justified. If you had opened up a new ticket nicely trying to discuss/explain your thoughts instead of just going straight to insulting and calling them a shitmin things might have turned out differently who knows. Fact is we don't have to put up with people like you insulting us.

I don't see how the admin conduct was wrong at any point in this, only your own conduct.
