I'm too lazy to type much out so the tl;dr is that I'd rather work on something that doesn't invole dealing with the /tg/station community and isn't a net negative in terms of my life. Anybody is and always has been free to touch the gamemode themselves, if nobody does or they pull a robustin and run it into the ground then the headmins can run a removal vote in few months or whenever. Instead of being a negative nancy and calling you all cancer, some shoutouts, most of the maintainers for being overall helpful with any code issues I had, especially Natsku and AnturK, as well as some of the other staff (mostly Hulk and Atlanta), all the Hippie coders who helped me get this far, Fikou for constantly filling up my DMs with bug reports, imsxz for helping out by stress-testing the mode and seeing how it fares under pure tryhard powergame, and py01 for maintaining the mode and making the sprites actually look presentable while I was busy with work.

So long and thanks for all the fish

Thank you for creating and maintaining the mode for so long. Regardless of the opinion of the mode, it did introduce several cool and fun mechanics, such as mind control which allows for some amazing things.

Thus, like devil, clockcult, monkey mode, meteors, and sandbox. It'll be a mode not forgotten but played on a downstream and occasionally on the server.

Just a downside of having an open-source codebase.

Things don't flow properly as it's a mish-mash of a bunch of tiny ideas and a bunch of different opinions and people thinking the game would flow better with a certain idea.

Idea Warfare I'd call it.

In another stance, I guess oranges yelling on discord about coders leaving and being tired of coding for /tg/ was warranted.

If I didn't find negative attention so funny I would have left half a year ago.

Thank you for your contributions to tg, personally I quite like the gamemode, both the idea and execution. I hope all the negative shit doesn't drive you away from the community.
