For some time now I've been creating a 3d game, tis only a few months ago I decided these people need a little bit of motivation. So I'm now offering paid work, albeit it isn't much it'll range from a good meal to that super cool edition of a new game.

Game Stats and Info

Short Version
The game me and the team is creating is a story-driven ATB-RPG game, akin to a turn-based fighting game. If you've ever played or heard of the games Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 7 > 9, and Xenogears, think of a combination of those old school games together.

Active Personel: 10 (Mostly part-timers)

How much work has been done?
Legal thingies:
1) Final Trademark paperwork has been submitted.
2) All work for the demo can be shown off at your leisure, however, an NDA will need to be signed. Keep in mind any work submitted becomes an IP property of me.

Art:
1) Five of the Six areas of the demo are fully flushed out with a fair > large amount of props. Asset packs have been bought to speed up the process.
2) All characters have been sculpted and is in the process of being retopped and Rigged
3) The Main Character has been Retopped and Rigged, animation has started.
4) New UI is currently being made.

Tech:
1) Very rough gameplay is in: Aggro, Player/Enemy Attacks, win/lose condition, ATB system, Status Effects
2) Character/Pause Menu work-ish
3) Structure for Save'Load has been made, same with inventory
4) Enemy party member spawn works
5) Enemy patrol routes works

Production:
1) Full Game - Chapter 2 Production is in the works, mostly completed, but stalled because I'm wearing many hats at the moment.

Hack n Plan (Production Management)

Any other asset creation tools are okay so long as it's either open sourced or licensed.

Description Version
Game Genre: Active Turn Base RPG, Story-Driven

Tricker Triger is a story-driven 3D Active Turn Base RPG game with old school mechanics mixed with unique combat features. It has a classic RPG party combat system, attack combos, team combos, side-quests, and a small crafting system to continuously keep gameplay going.
The game also has a one-on-one, cinematic combat rock-paper-scissor Duel system with the aim of making those special events and secret boss fights more personal. Use Stance Points to execute special attacks and give yourself the upper hand!
So come and explore a galaxy with a wide cast of playable characters, four endings, and choices that will drastically impact both the story and difficulty of future encounters!

you can't really expect people to work on your idea if you're not willing to pay a real wage it's just shitty practice and makes it seem like you can't scope a game correctly.

Ah yes, all shit with little posting tackled with the assumptions that everyone has AAA budget, so I'll try to simplify the actual compensation part as to deter people from skimming.

I've the resources to pay people per task and my prior recruitment drive stated it's Revenue Share with plans to take it to Kick Starter, Patreon is set up but without a decent Demo I can't expect much from there. I can not pay you hundreds of dollars a week - I can pay people on the range of $30 > $100 per task depending on the complexity/priority.

Ver. 1.0 is a bit of a mess with next to no feedback, almost nigh unplayable because of this.

Some do it for the pay by task, some do it for the revenue share, some both or they just want to gain new skills, add more to the portfolio, or have their name in the credits. Even all of the above, so yeah - it works. Last time two /tg/ nerds joined up - so I figure why not heed the call again.

This sir is a western RPG, there will be no anime tit-tahs in this, with the bonus additive that the females are actually feminine and possibly dare I say attractive. But yes there is writing plus lore already made for the demo.
