Hey just witnessed 6 people being traitor on lowpop bagil, with 24 people connected meaning that it's quite possible some observed/were adminned. Six traitors is kinda wild for 24 people with no sec and we got rolled by two guys using martial arts. Was wondering if this happened a lot or if it's intended, and if so, why is it intended?

High roll dynamic most likely. It can happen, and dynamic likes to add antags when possible.

DYNAMIC: Traitors roundstart ruleset failed scaling up at 63.8667% chance after 2/3 successful scaleups. 12.2 threat remaining, antag to crew ratio: 25%. not a bug, just rng

42.2 threat, scaling is killed if it reaches >25% antags which might be a bit too high. 30 threat was spent for those 6 traitors.
Seems a bit much, lowpop was a bit difficult to try to balance since it needs to work for 4 players as well as 24.
What I would probably do is double the scaling cost of traitor/bro/ling, and up the starting cost of bro and ling to 20 to counteract the relatively high amount of antags at average threat. The reason I didnt initially was that traitor would spawn a full set at 10 threat before scaling.

what if we add "mini" antags for dynamic ? like a traitor with half tc or a wiz apprendice so dynamic can roll these more frequently during low pop
