Summon Events on Manuel? Very cringe

Tangerine said that the removal of summon events PR was a policy discussion, so I'm bringing it over here and mentioning the server it effects most.

While i'm sure that removing this awful spell would improve every server I'll just get straight to the point of talking how it does not fit manuel in the slightest and still seems to exist as just a way to make people ghost out of boredom or frustration while they await for the 25 minute shuttle call.

Literally nobody enjoys a round with events because every single one is "hehe it's a wizard round here's an event that just annoys you by wasting your time/taking up an equipment slot" with no way to avoid it except ending the already cancered round.

There are already plans and PR's in motion to limit events to one every 5 minutes and add more events to the pool. I'd like to see how these changes play out before we remove it.

I enjoy rounds with events. There's room for improvement, I'd agree, but events are fun and chaotic.

I've actually been considering opening something to discuss just completely removing wizard from the pool on Manuel for how bad it fucks rounds.

When I mentioned this to Plapatin a few days ago, they were unaware it was even a config. It's very likely the headmins just avoid policy forum entirely... (and one can hardly blame them for that)

Can this please be fixed? Every round it happens it just turns into a race to red alert and call due to how it saps out any chance of roleplay or any engaging gameplay.
