GET IT RIGHT. This is a real policy issue and must be resolved - there was nearly a violent gunfight in the high bitrate discord voice channel over a dispute regarding "Manuel". Let us settle this issue once and for all with a headmin ruling.

I would like to go against the head-min ruling.

Manuel is a manual for MRP, for cooperation, and for higher standards of play. Thus manual is the fitting interpretation.
