Seems like kudzu always spawns in arrivals, somehow.
Seen it never pop anywhere else and seems that's either a need for a flavor text not to mess with arrivals as a plant or a nudge to not make it spawn there.
Bagil and dynamic, if that affects it.

Kudzu is woefully rare and underpowered and yeah only seems to spawn arrivals where it's instantly killed or departures

New kudzu seems about right imo, you have to get multiple people to fight it but if you don't, it just overtakes arrivals entirely and pops near constant plant peoples to antag with.

its set to spawn in hallways. Arrivals and evac are larger and less likely to be travelled, leading to kudzu being more likely to show up there, as well as being less likely to get dunked immediately
