Fair warning, harassment is harassment. Regardless of your opinion on the matter, it's not acceptable to bring out of game drama onto the servers.

My personal opinion? People do stupid shit. It's been a year. He's otherwise been perfectly fine - I don't see a reason to keep him banned, though if we unban him I'd expect it to be understood if he fucks up like that again he's gone for good.
