As unbelievably annoying as players must be in ahelps sometimes (I'm sure I myself have been That Guy plenty), I will nonetheless say I've frequently found admin's communication skills lacking as fuck, and I've never understood why even vaguely disclosing the outcome of an ahelp is something they frequently act allergic to. The fuck is so top secret about just going "yeah I noted him"?

Aura you just need to tell people you are handling the issue, what happened and that you resolved it, and say nothing else or make no judgement statements except what aligns with your final ruling. Pretty sure this is a result of you falling for the classic blunder. Making the person ahelping feel like you did nothing and left dissatisfied or without resolution even when you actually did something. Have you never worked customer service in your life?

This entire complaint is literally just highlighting you have a really bad presentation when dealing with people. I know it's a Karen situation but it can be avoided fairly easily by just not doing what you did here.

I think the arguing in the thread itself is already on a completely wrong direction - it isn't about what the player is 'entitled' but about not being an asshole and antagonizing a player for no reason other than, I don't know
