Chessboard / Universal board
Not the cheap garbage we have in the holoroom. I'm talking interactive chessboards, placed in the bar for example, with a fancy UI where you can see all the pieces and just drag and move em. In fact, we could get all sorts of board games in here and just have people switch the game mode on the board they're playing. That's the kind of stuff I'm missing here, and I'm wondering why nobody has put it in yet.

Gotta admit I've wanted board games in for a while, they'd make a good distraction from station life for a bit. One I've considered is a ripoff of Monopoly but I'm far from a UI wizard and have no real way to implement it.
