I'm more curious about how it would control. I guess the fairest would be Mime doing the movement and clown doing the speech, but I have no idea if that's code feasible. Plus, given the average robustness of a Clown main vs that of a Mime main, it'd be a downgrade. Now letting the MIME side talk, I don't know. Could work?

It'd also need a decent requirement other than just initiating the dance. like some kind of artifact, or the Potara earrings. I know they're an alternative in Dragon Ball rather than a requirement, but we need something to balance it out.
