Complete armchair diagnosis but drugs (prescribed ones not hard ones) would probably help balance the shit in your brain.

There is nothing wrong with seeking mental help. Seems like a cliché, but having someone to talk about the most horrid shit that goes through your nogging really helps. Whilst I feel there's both a stigma against seeking mental help and a bit of a trend towards people taking drugs for every minor problem, there's nothing wrong with giving it a try - just talk. If it's still bad, you won't become one of those antidepressant junkies if you take them for a while, nor will they alter how you think or something - they just serve to help your brain chemistry adjust.

I took a few anti depressant and OCD meds when I had a bad freakout as a teen, and I do think that shit saved my life, even if it was brief.

just play tf2 casual and talk to people about how your day was and shit thats bothering you no joke thats what I do now besides joining random 10-15 pop community servers to do the same thing and talk to the people there craig. i'd give it a shot you don't think it really helps but it do at least in my case
