make Boxing Gloves craftable

To be fair, i think that Boxing Gloves should be craftable in the crafting menu (or stack craft) with 2 leather and 2 cable ties. Anyone agree? The reason why i ask for this is because i found out the hard way that the boxing glove locker does in-fact run out of boxing gloves and i want anyone to be able to use boxing gloves.

Ideas are cheap, and this isn't really an argument for or against.

You could figure out how to PR this yourself with help from coderbus. Adding stuff like this is easy.
