Your side of the story: <Almost at the end of the round i was contacted by an admin claiming that i had killed a robotiscist with a wrench he did not specify name or anything i discussed about the event for example that i had been destroyed as an odysseus mech and that my posi brain had been transeferd to a cyborg which later was attacked by someone which name i cannot remember for triying to disarm the console used to destroy or lock cyborgs, which later possibly had destroyed my Shell for a second time via the console, my positronic brain was taken by varios people when finishing up again in the robotics lab. unfortunatelly for me the same person was there and almost kills someone with weaponry restricted to his role, the same guy was later arrested and then executed maybe he submitted the ahelp which got me banned saying that i killed a robotiscist which was alie i did attack him and maybe accidentally hit someone else but not a robotiscist, however i did not crit anyone i tried to get him permabrigged or something which got him executed, then i was taken by the HoS to the shuttle and then the admin called me and after some discussion got me banned by 12 hours.>
Why you think you should be unbanned: <I dont know the origin of the ban since i did attack the human as a ciborg i did not kill anyone and i did not have any AI at the momento, i also had stated my laws.>

I can't really fault Eikichi here - if I saw a borg smashing the borg console, I'd be suspicious too. You have tools at your disposal to let you non-lethally deal with humans attacking you (namely your flash) and, in general, if you're doing something suspicious as a borg someone's going to want you dead. So I get that you were frustrated about the rest of the round, but attacking a guy (And eventually getting him killed) isn't really acceptable.

I reduced the ban to 12 hours instead of the usual day because you weren't the direct cause of his death - the HoS is the one that executed him, but you asking him to and being very clear that he attacked you for no reason was a big factor into it. I also didn't ban you from silicons at all because you're relatively new and I feel like doing so wouldn't do much good in this situation.

In the future if you're having issues with other players, please adminhelp them and we will do our best to respond. I believe you stated that you did, however, once I had joined I did not see that ticket anywhere.

I'm going to decline this appeal for the time being and let the headmins decide if they want to overturn it or not.
