Ban/note type: [Justice12345] While I do not have full access to the details, I remember the ban involving ban evasion and griefing. I would like to clarify that I was not ban evading with my current account. I genuinely created a new account after losing access to my old one. After noticing that I wasn’t banned, I informed an admin about the situation. They encouraged me to submit this appeal and provided me with some additional information about my ban.

Why are you making this appeal?

Why should this appeal be accepted?
I apologize for my past actions involving ban evasion, and I understand why this led to my permanent ban. However, I want to clarify that I did not grief using my old account(Not Firatcinar, if I remember correctly, but it was the one I was playing when I got banned). It's possible that someone else gained access to it or that there was an error, but I have never griefed on any of the servers. Although I did attempt to ban evade after my previous appeal was denied, I acknowledge that this was wrong. I wouldn’t describe myself as a model player, but I truly enjoyed my time on this server. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to return and demonstrate improved behavior moving forward.

I find it necessary to inform that I have a history of failed ban evasion attempts from Goon stations, which is why I have so many old accounts.(I am no longer banned from Goon)

Hello, Firatcinar!

The ban reason for Firatcinar's perma, applied on August 17th 2023, was: "Ban evasion of aseriyah, gdfgdfgderer, lafoil, banat, and pricasd. Multi-ckeying of carzan, cinarfirat, and ulmusf8670."
No griefing is mentioned.

Given that the GosparO ban (issued by Guestify) falls upon my previous evasion ban (on Firatcinar), I will start handling this appeal, though the GosparO ban ultimatelly is under Guestify's umbrella.

Why did you attempt to evade your ban (again) instead of appealing your over-1-year-old ban?

If I remember correctly, between Firatcinar and GosparO, there should be one or two more accounts that were auto-banned before I played. Sadly, I don’t remember their names.
There was also that one time where I encountered the same bug where I was unbanned. I tried to DM you about it, but you didn’t answer, so I informed Tengus instead. The next day, I was rebanned.

I would like to clarify that, even though you may not believe me, Firatcinar was my first permanently banned account, and it was the first account I attempted to ban evade with.

I understand the confusion, but my ban wasn’t over 1 year old when I started evading it. It was still quite recent. If I remember correctly, I began evading the ban right after my first appeal was rejected. I was unreasonably angry, and that led me down the wrong path.

Because I love this server, and being without it made me realize how much fun it was. So, I promise I will do my best not to get banned again. Even if I do and fail to appeal, I won’t ban evade and will handle things the proper way. That’s why I informed the admin jus after noticing I was unbanned.

Well, I have talked internally with Guestify and they have granted me authority over their ban, so I'll handle the entirety of this appeal.

Given that you've been telling me for over a year that you've never evaded before Firatcinar, I'm inclined to believe you and ponder the possibility of a lapse in judgement from prior admins, which led me to an incorrect connection of accounts. If that is in fact what happened, I deeply apologize for the length and inconvenience of the ban.

Regardless, it's been a while and you have not been an active problem, so, given your perceived openness and honesty, I will be lifting your ban on GosparO.

Ugh, I hate unbanning evasion bans because there's always an account that slips by. You should now be able to join the game servers.

It was, but it was not moved or locked. We don't move the appeals to the Resolved Appeals Subforum until a while later exactly so you can come here and say "Hey, I'm not properly unbanned" just like you did.
