Non-human command has been enabled for HoS, HoP, CMO, CE from 12-22-2025 to 1-19-2026.
Bureaucracy error station event has been changed, the minimum player count to trigger it is now set to 69.
Manuel's pop-cap has been changed from 65 to 69.
