I don't see the point in making changes to perfectly fine looking sprites, though I wouldn't mind it as much here if the new ones didn't feel so weird with their shading.
Also, I'm not even a gun nerd either, and I can barely tell the difference between different things unless its a gun in TF2.

Yeah, I think dragnet's snare function is just a less interesting and more one-sided version of the bolas. That slowdown is really strong and the push and pull of only having one chance per bola and the risk of the opponent catching it plays out a lot more interestingly than the dragnet's projectile...

Is this change intentionally made in conjunction with the stun damage PR? It seems like this change was done to specifically push lasers over the 25 damage threshold, meaning every laser shot removes all stun damage, assuming you don't have any armor.
