Instant-use items that heal you to 100% HP, which can be farmed from hivelords via laz injectors, and even then they aren't that hard to kill on a normal basis. Yeah, the area wouldn't need atmos because it's just a place for random physical violence. The mobs should never leave that area so whether they can breath or not doesn't matter.
