So any way to complile build?

I'm too dumb for VS code, when I try to create a build, this appears.

When i try to do it, it says this

When I launch a TG build on a local server, the chat and the interaction menu with vending machines and characters do not work. It says that "failed to load a fancy chat" but when I click "here" the chat turns off altogether and becomes just white. How to fix this shit?
