Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
You just have to ask for headmin review. It might take a bit of time since we are in the middle of a headmin election, but I'll let them know you want this appeal looked at. Until then I'll leave this open.

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
I'm not sure if you're arguing against the edited note or the old, admittedly poor, note. If you haven't had the chance to view it it reads as follows As a security officer, attempted to detain a chemist using a contractor baton without talking to them, leading to the chemist believing they were bei...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
It seems we're just repeating our thoughts at this point and arguing for the sake of arguing. I agree that this incident was not grounds for a ban and have corrected that. However, given that your most recent note at the time of the incident was a ban for poor security behavior, and how your actions...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
You can see I tell him why I'm detaining him. The issue being you approached and stunned with a contractor baton before saying anything, completely blindsiding the chemist and putting them on the defensive. 29:54.001] ATTACK: Zybwivcz/(August Pratt) has stun attacked Redrover1760/(Watches-The-Moon)...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
after that first use and didn't use the contractor baton again, which can hardly be interpreted as antag behavior. I'm not sure how you would respond to being wordlessly stunned by a contractor baton, but I firmly believe a player could easily come to the conclusion that they are being targeted by ...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
Coming back to this after getting some sleep, my reasoning was very unclear and the points given, as you say, do fall in line with more of an MRP mindset. I didn't clearly convey what I took issue with and was focusing more on the aftermath making this a bit of a mess. What made this an LRP ban in m...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
The reason I said your use of force was valid was because of how difficult it would have been to detain them given that they made to room into an ice rink with their grenades, not that they were acting like an antag. When wordlessly whacked by a contractor baton, the chemist resisted with non-lethal...

Re: [spookiboogi] Banned as SEC for failing to oversee the CMO
First off, thanks for taking the time to make an appeal. Hopefully we can both come out of this with a better understanding of how and why things happened in this situation. As you have stated I do agree with your use of force given how difficult it was to detain the chemist, however that is not why...

First off, thanks for taking the time to make an appeal. Hopefully we can both use this as an opportunity to learn a thing or two! The ruling in question that lead to this ban was rule one precedent four, which is as follows. Unprovoked grief (occasionally known as greytiding) , repeated cases of mi...

Re: [spookiboogi] Doom2HellonEarth - Incorrectly marked as an IC issue
Hey first of all thanks for taking the time to formally lodge a complaint. Hopefully it will be an opportunity to review how my actions directly effect the players, and help me be a more positive addition to the admin team. The reason why I marked this as an IC issue is because, although they were b...

Re: [SpookiBoogi] Localbox - Unfair-ish antag ban
Hey, thanks for taking the time to make an appeal! I understand that you were very upset due to the events of the round, and took that into consideration when handing out the punishment, but in no way does being mad about losing out on an antag round justify breaking the server rules and ruining the...

Re: [SpookiBoogi] Soyoboyo - Ban for getting someone to fuck off?
Hey, thanks for taking the time to write out a thorough and well explained appeal! I initially placed the ban in question due to your interaction with Tesora resulting in them being removed from the round, as well as the fact that I had missed the initial throwing of the metal by Tesora in the logs ...

Fun admin to have on a lowpop round. Not afraid to spice things up with small events that breathe life into an otherwise deadshift, while also making sure it doesn't turn into a graveyard. Plus he only blew up the whole station with welderbomb pods on accident once lmao.

Re: Unit2E
Hosted an event on lowpop Manuel with a fun little chaplain RP gimmick that didnt end with everyone as ghosts and spawned a janitorial ert to let the one person who died back in the round. It was a nice way to breathe some extra life into a round and handled very well!
