How would that work mechanics-wise? To kidnap somebody, be on the same escape pod as them whilst they're restrained?
I like the idea of a 'frame' objective myself. Your target must be alive, and in the shuttle Brig at the end of the round.

Where do I get the anomaly core for a phazon? When the station gets an alert of something like a pyroclastic anomaly or bluespace anomaly etc, it will also give an expected location for the anomaly. Make a bag of holding turn a singularity, of any size, into a stage one singularity (1x1). If it's already stage one, it destroys the singularity entirely.
As a consequence of this, it also detonates at bombcap.
