Because I listened to and liked the sounds, but it wasn't in game so I didn't know that they were deafening relative to the rest of the game.

I'm planning a rewrite for these pieces of shit, and wanted to see how the public felt about adding them to the RPD. It'd encourage their use (I don't really know if this is good or bad) and would be no more capable of lading down dense objects than it already is (fucking disposal chutes.)

The issue is breathing. While breathing doesn't activate turfs directly, it makes enough of a difference over time that it'll make LINDA calculations on the planet more costly than if they were just space.

Absolutely huge. On box, our biggest processing hog is environmental atmos. While the atmos will be more costly on a per tile basis on the station, this planet is set to be so huge that it could probably come close to doubling the current processing total of LINDA.
