Give it a huge cooldown, so chaplains can still use it for gimmicks and it doesn't become an incentive for people to chose a certain job because of any unique powers that it gets.

Getting blown up by a suicide bomb during a blob fight is the opposite of fun, it just screws over the entire human effort and renders everything they've done worthless since half if the human crew is dead and most of the supplies are stuck in space. Spacing is hardly a consequence when you can immediately teleport back to the station and the portal is considered solid ground for purposes of spacewalking.

It's not that difficult, you just have to get used to the playing style and have enough patience to learn enemy patterns.

The PS3 has the most populated community, and time will tell how much worse the problem of modified saves will be in the long run, especially on the PC.

I-frames are still there, but they heavily rely on ADP. At 20 it's very, very noticeable. At around 30-35 it's almost at Dark Souls levels. Then it hits the second soft cap.

Pretty sure the update that removed random spacing added a use for test firing that prevented it from irradiating the hell out of you.. It was one of the reasons people wanted the teleporter to be updated. Now with upgradeable machines, test firing once again does nothing.
