Start with Potency 1 or 100, with an amount of health. You can move around and slip people.

That is literally the only thing you can do.

And probably change the number of starting Cryomix beakers to 2. 4 beakers is more than enough to last through an entire round without needing to be replenished. If you actually want people relying on doctors instead of the kits and the tube, then that'll probably be a good change.
