Go play on bay or one of the other countless downstream servers that run modified /tg/ code

Making 2 separate codebases and 2 separate admin teams will just lead to the server pop and community becoming fractured and split.

Adminhelping about cell times or false arrests is generally "IC issue," but retaliating violently will get you banned.

This seems to be a simple misunderstanding over the intentions of all parties involved. Oftentimes when a fight in the hallways gets deadly, bystanders will side with whoever is losing the fight. Did you and Oldman try to talk this out in OOC and explain what was happening?
