I had a rather ridiculous idea for a special trauma. It attempts to convert you to a cultist (blood or clock, 50/50 chance for either). You don't get a tome/slab - just the antag status. You can still get the tome/slab from an emagged library console, so you can properly start a cult.

emag I'd probably make the emag so expensive that the Fellowship wouldn't be able to buy a single one until late into the round.
