Explosive stand.

Terribly out of whack stand. Not used.

- Explosive stand can now plant traps without manifesting

- Increased max traps to 3

- Increased duration of traps to 60 seconds

- Can trap floor tiles ( Not sure on this one. I could see it being abused allot. Maybe don't add this)

Thoughts?
