I made an update though its only on bagil for now. Basically laser damage now drops off with range unless pressure is below 50 kPa, I also limited laser range to 15. I don't mind returning hitscan laser to mechs though if thats what people want.

I don't think it does damage at all. It just kidnaps people which allows for non lethal clown antics. Other than clown taxi I cant really see any other non-lethal clown antics. Clown car was pretty much meant to kidnap as much people as possible, get more access from their ID's then either crash in...

If I remember correctly, items such as His Grace and romerol, allow you to murderbone because they are in the shop. Doesn't clown car also follow that? As in it allows you to murderbone using it, otherwise it should be disabled from the shop because its a bantrap.

So looking at DADG policy discussion I saw that it was denied the murderbone license because hijack objective already allowed for that, however even then hijack got reworked and now it doesnt allow murderbone too, should DADG allow full on murderbone again?
