If there was one thing that I liked about Ceres, it was the brig layout - the warden desk in the middle of the room, with 4 cells on either side. That might be something to look into.

IIRC OmegaStation does not have Chemist job slots, because of how small the station is. You were playing on Pubby when what you described happened (Rnd. 88113), and then the map changed to Omega (88115). For future reference, if you were banned, it would show up as "BANNED" under your occu...

They're stored per-server in /data/player_saves/(first letter of your username)/(your username)/preferences.sav. If for whatever reason the game can't read your player data (outdated format, uses a look that doesn't exist, etc.) it generates a randomised character and saves it.
