Make it part of heretics as an opt-in Blood brothers style powerset with the devil and heretic working towards a common goal. Killing the devil would only temporarily banish them if the summoner is left alive, and the devil can revive the summoner with his contract normally, but is under no obligati...

The only EMP I dislike are the instant AOE ones, like the ones changeling and cult get, because you cant really play around them if you are weak to EMPs in any way or are using the roundstart energy weapons. This is honestly the kind of race additions that should be accepted, it is both mechanically different from humans as well as unique flavor-wise compared to the existing races. Much better than "insert-animal-here" person that usually is suggested.

I kind of look forward to department design using multiple z levels. Imagine medbay where the break room and storage room are upstairs from the rest of the department. The point I try to make when I point out the flaws in just using win-rates is that when you are looking at a problem that is not easily quantifiable, such as the quality of a given game-mode, you need to use qualitative data. So yes, I'm talking about using anecdotes, but a large number of them. Win...

What if you replaced stasis beds with stasis scanners - visually like sleepers but with stasis and without chem injections and maybe with an advanced scanner built in? On discussions of balance (which this thread is), the current state of balance matters. Winrate isnt a measure of balance in a game focused on the quality of the stories told.
