Although the population is a issue like you stated the AI is also too powerful. Having a robot that can very quickly locate you, lock you down, and if the laws allow kill you or just call in a mob of people and "yell no harm" as they beat your brains in. Fuck high pop, lower the hard cap T...

I used to support bigger bomb caps but then I released, it doesn't matter if they are 3,7,14 or 4,8,16 or 5,10,20. The shuttle is going to get called immediately. Only thing that changes the amount of lag.
Keep the bomb cap the same. Hell just make toxins spawn with more valves.

I never understood why we didn't just get firing pins AND explosive implants. Cheridan can't complain about the crew getting the op's guns, the ops get their ability to deny the crew of their gear back (that actually works compared to an unstrippable hardsuit), win-win. Pretty much this. Both would...

Edit: No where in the lawset does it say the heads are immune to being evil. Respect can only go so far, he did tase you telling you to leave multiple times.

I imagine you play on sybil. You have to understand that you are competing against 50 of other people to get antag of which at most 7 will get that round.
Although that being said 5 weeks of no antag is extremely unlucky. Make sure your preferences are right.
